29. Go to Image - Add Borders - 'Symmetric': ticked
Border width: Top/Left/Right/Bottom: 1 pixel
'Color': Your dark color (#748c92)

30. Back to: Image - Add Borders - 'Symmetric': ticked
Border width: 4
'Color': your light color (#f0faf9),

31. Image - Add Borders - Symmetric - border width 1 - co lour: dark (#748c92)

32. Layers - Add a new layer. Name it 'Text'.

33. Select your Text tool.

Scroll down your Fonts until you find the 'Imprint MT Shadow Font'.
Size 48 points - or any size to your liking.

'Color': Your dark background co lour (#748c92),

'Font': 'Imprint MT Shadow', 'Size': 48, Align: Middle; 'Anti alias: Sharp, Create as: Floating.

34. Type your text and move it to its right place.

35. Selections: Defloat.

36. Effects: 3D-effects - Drop Shadow

37: Add a drop shadow with the following settings:
Offset: Vertical and Horizontal: 0; Opacity: 63; Blur: 0; Color: #000000 (black)

38. Selections: Select None

39. Layers - Merge Visible.

40. Add your signature / watermark

41. Image - Resize.
Resize your image to a smaller size if you want.

Resize your image if you want

42. File - Export: JPEG Optimizer - set your compression to 15 or 20.
to save your image.

Export - JPEG Optimizer

And you're all done!
